There are just too many cellphones out there, and in many cases, several levels of software in them. We find that there is no way for us to support it. If it works for you, we are happy. If not, please do not ask us for support. We recommend that you stop using the cellphone that presents the problems. You may also post in the HPLX List, and perhaps others have solved the problem you have.
We continue accepting PayPal, of course, which is a good and steady service. With PayPal, you can open an account in moments, provide your credit card, and make a payment. We receive a notification by email when a payment was made (but we also check very frequently on the account.) We then service the customer according to the order made.
