TITLE:  Black Bars in MS Project - Ascentia P50
 
 
ISSUE 
 
   Several small black horizontal lines may appear on the screen 
   when an MS Project file is loaded on an Ascentia P50 that is 
   running Windows 3.1x and MS Project 4.0.
   
   This issue affects the following systems: 503039, 503040, and 
   503041.    

 
BACKGROUND

ACTION 
 
   To resolve the issue, perform the following steps:
   
   1. Obtain the Cirrus Logic CL-GD7548 driver, v1.40g or 
      later, file name 7548140G.EXE, from any of the 
      following sources:
   
       Cirrus Logic Web site at:

         To decompress this file, create a temporary 
         directory on your hard drive, copy the downloaded 
         file to that directory, and run the file. 
   
   2. Install the drivers from Windows 3.1x by selecting
      File, Run, then type A:\Install and press the <Enter>
      key. Follow the instructions on the screen.
