TITLE:  Manhattan S/CP CPU Stepping Issues
 
 
ISSUE 
 
   The Pentium Pro B-1 CPU stepping may cause the system to 
   intermittently hang or reboot when using BIOS v3.50 or older.
   
   This issue affects the following Manhattan S and Commerce Pro 
   systems: 503076 and 501832.

ACTION 
 
   The CPU stepping can be identified by the last five digits of the 
   part number stamped on the bottom of the CPU. Use the following 
   list to identify the  CPU Stepping.
   
      KB80521EX200256SY013 = A1 stepping
      KB80521EX200256SY032 = A1 stepping
      KB80521EX200256SY040 = A1 stepping
   
      KB80521EX200256SL22T = B1 stepping 
      KB80521EX200256SL22V = B1 stepping 
   
   If the system contains a B1 stepping CPU, update the system BIOS 
   to version 3.60 (AST part number 905573-037) or later.
