TITLE:  Ascentia P, IntelliMouse
 
 
ISSUE 
 
   A Microsoft IntelliMouse, connected to the Ascentia P's PS/2 
   port, may exhibit erratic behavior under Windows 95 or Window NT 
   version 4.0. This issue affects all Ascentia P systems.    

 
BACKGROUND 
 
   The mouse becomes erratic if the mouse and mouse driver are not 
   synchronized. This causes mouse movement to be interpreted as 
   button clicks and vice versa.    

 
ACTION 
 
   Connect the mouse to the serial port using the PS/2 to serial 
   adaptor, which is included with the mouse.
