TITLE: Ascentia 910N, ProStation Power Switch 
 
 
SUMMARY 
 
   The Ascentia 910N system may not power OFF when docked to a  
   ProStation. 
 
   This issue affects the following systems: 501589, 501590, and  
   501592. 
 
 
ISSUE 
 
   When an Ascentia 910N system is docked in a ProStation, the user 
   may need to press the power switch on the ProStation several times 
   in order to shut the computer OFF. 
 
 
BACKGROUND 
 
   The Ascentia 910N system BIOS, version 2.50 or lower, may cause  
   the issue noted above. 
 
 
ACTION 
 
   Update the Ascentia 910N system BIOS to version 3.00, AST part  
   number 905580-031 or higher, file name 05580031.EXE.
