Hi,

thanks a bunch for your flashing-howto! All the files & information
accessible from one single web resource - great work :-)

Here's another success report for your files:

- card info
Compaq WL-100 PCMCIA card
NICID 8002
operating voltage 3.3 volts - hard stuff as even the original Compaq
0.8.0 "updater" wouldn't flash this one but only 5 volt cards.

- versions before flashing
I didn't copy version info precisely, sorry for that, but I remember
these values:
Primary 0.2.0
Secondary 0.7.6 (stoneage software)

- flashed versions
Primary f/w 0.3.0 from
http://www.red-bean.com/~proski/firmware/primary.tar.gz

Secondary f/w 1.7.1 from
http://linux.junsun.net/intersil-prism/firmware/1.7.1/ (the one stated
as UPDATE INFO info in your howto - you may safely assume this one is
working)

- flashed with WinUpdate 0.7.0
The advantage of this software is that it displays compatible NICIDs for
every HEX file *before* flashing which certainly is a good idea....
