Following the indications in your web page
(http://linux.junsun.net/intersil-prism/), I have successfully updated the
station firmware of my wireless LAN card. Here are the model and version
numbers:

Card type: PCMCIA
Model: Zoom Air
NICID: 0x8003
Old version (station firmware): 0.8.3
New version (station firmware): 1.7.1
Primary firmware: 0.3.0 (not updated)

I have used winupdate.exe program and the firmware file from your site.

Your instructions were of great help. The only improvement I can suggest is
to add some comments about whether the card should be associated with an AP
or not during the upgrade. In my case, the card was associated.
