"APPOINTMENTS ONLY" SIMPLIFIES DISPLAY
When first using APPT I set the appointments to "15-Min" in Settings (press (MENU) Settings Timeline). I had a few appointments spread throughout a 9-5 day, and scrolling through them was time consuming and frustrating. Thanks to Mark Snyder of Somerville, NJ for the following tip.
Press (MENU) Settings Timeline Appts-Only. This sets APPT up to only display those time slots where you have an appointment scheduled. Instead of a long list of 15 minute time intervals, you can see up to 9 appointments at a glance and scroll down if there are more. You can quickly look at all your appointments. Its easier to see at a glance if there are any time conflicts.
