There's no point in running a disk defragmentation utility on a Flashcard, the Palmtop's built-in RAM disk, or any memory card. Defragmentation is done on physical hard drives to speed up the disk read operations by reducing the head movements and latency delays on the hard disk. These are not considerations with electronic storage devices.
