Do you find that your 100LX Appointment book application is slow in the morning? You have to wait a little longer each time you make an entry or do a search?
It may just be that you have accumulated a lot of unfinished ToDo's that carry forward, then if you check them off during the day APPT speeds up. If you add more ToDo's at the end of the day or evening, then it will be slow again the next morning. A large number of ToDo's is supposed to be the major factor involved in slowing down APPT.
