Diamond Stealth 64 Video 3000
The Stealth64 Video 3000-series comprised 3 models: the 3200 came with a fixed 2 MB of VRAM (unexpandable), the 3240XL came with 2 MB of VRAM but was upgradable to 4 MB, and the 3400XL came with the full 4 MB of VRAM.

The cards support horizontal refresh rates of 31.5 kHz to 96.6 kHz, and vertical refresh rates were the same as for the earlier 2000-series (43.5 Hz to 120 Hz).
The 3200 model variant got a lower pixel clock at 175 MHz, The 3240XL and 3400XL models both ran at a faster 220 MHz.
It had a 64-bit graphics engine and fast dual-ported VRAM. Video acceleration provided scaling of full-screen images at 30 frames per second, and came with driver support for the following video formats: Indeo 3.2, Cinepak, MS Video 1, CD-i video playback, VideoCD video playback, and CD-Karaoke.
Just as with the 2000-series, the 3240XL and 3400XL could be fitted with an upgrade module:
